LA NOMADICA TERMS & CONDITIONS
Definitions
The following terms are used with specific meanings:
- “we”, “us”, “our” refer to services offered by Innerbloom Mind and Body trading as La Nomadica
- “you”, “your” refer to the client, participant, guest, or party, either as an individual or on behalf of a group.
- “website” refers to www.lanomadica.com.au
Cost
Our escape is all-inclusive, with the exception of transportation and individual sessions or experiences booked separately.
Unless otherwise stated, the following are not included: international and domestic travel, departure taxes, visa fees, customs charges, personal insurance, tips or gratuities, personal expenses, additional beverages or meals outside of what is listed in the program, and transport to and from airports or ferry terminals.
Prices are subject to change at any point before full payment is made. Once your payment is received in full, the price is confirmed and no surcharges will apply unless you request changes to your booking.
Payment
To confirm your escape reservation, full payment (100%) must be completed prior to the escape’s start date. Payments can be made via Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer. Please note a Stripe Payments or Surcharge fee may be added to payments.
Booking Confirmation
Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive:
4.1. A confirmation email within 24 hours.
4.2. A follow-up email with your program details.
Please review these carefully and contact us promptly if there are any issues.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the financial commitments involved in hosting our escapes, no refunds can be issued once payment is made.
5.1 Our $500 deposit is nonrefundable
5.2 Cancellation within 40 days of arrival date will incur a 30% forfeit of the total booking price.
5.3 Cancellation within 21 days of arrival date will incur a 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
5.4 No refund can be given in the event of non-arrival or for any unused services. Travel insurance to protect you in the event of cancellation due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.
Liability
La Nomadica is not responsible for any injury, loss, delay, or damage resulting from unforeseen events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, and travel disruptions.
Any complaints must be submitted via email within 28 days following the end of your escape.
Unforeseen Circumstances Beyond Our Control
La Nomadica cannot be held liable or offer compensation when cancellations or significant changes are necessary due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, war, civil disturbances, epidemics, airport closures, and severe weather conditions.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is a mandatory condition of your participation in any escape. We strongly recommend coverage for cancellation, medical issues, personal belongings, and unforeseen interruptions.
You acknowledge that:
8.1. Your insurance is your sole protection for non-refundable costs.
8.2. You accept the risks of potential financial loss and agree La Nomadica is not liable for such instances. If required, proof of insurance may be requested. Even if not requested, you are fully responsible for ensuring adequate coverage.
Health & Safety
9.1. Our escapes meet the local health and safety standards of the hosting location.
9.2. Breathwork Participation Disclaimer:
Breathwork can be physically and emotionally intense. It is not suitable for individuals with certain medical or psychological conditions. Please consult with a medical professional before participating. You acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily, accept all associated risks, and agree to withdraw from activities if unsafe.
Special Requests & Medical Conditions
Please inform us at booking of any dietary or special requirements. While we strive to accommodate them, we cannot guarantee availability.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any health conditions that could impact your participation. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from certain activities for your safety. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. Lifestyle coaching
utilises knowledge of human behaviour, motivation, behavioural change, and interactive coaching techniques.
La Nomadica does not replace licensed medical support and should be complementary to traditional medicine and not a replacement. The alternative modalities used to support optimal well-being do not offer any guarantee of success.
Passports, Visas & Health
You are solely responsible for ensuring all necessary travel documents, visas, and health requirements are met. La Nomadica is not liable for costs or cancellations due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
Behaviour
You are responsible for the behaviour of yourself and your group throughout the escape. Any damage caused by you or your guests may result in liability. We are not responsible for losses or expenses incurred due to disruptive or damaging behaviour.
Your Responsibility
If your actions (or those of anyone in your group) are deemed dangerous or inappropriate, we reserve the right to terminate your participation without refund or compensation.
Complaints
Complaints must be raised immediately with La Nomadica staff (Alexandra Lindsay) during the escape, and in writing within 28 days of the escape’s end by emailing hello@lanomadica.com.au. Failure to report issues at the time may affect your ability to seek resolution.
Personal Data & Privacy
We collect personal information solely to process your booking or provide escape related services. Your data is handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Your personal information will never be shared with third parties unrelated to your escape experience without your consent.
